1. Right of withdrawal
Konzila is a digital service that you start using online immediately. Because you expressly agree on the payment screen that the service starts immediately, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for subscription and credit pack purchases under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Cancelling your subscription
- In Konzila, open the Account Management screen and press Cancel subscription.
- The subscription stays active until the last day of the paid period; you keep using the service until then.
- No fee is charged to your card for the next period. At the end of the period your account is closed; to have your data deleted, see the Data Deletion page.
3. Not refundable
- the subscription fee for a period that has started (no partial refund for the remaining days, even if you cancel mid-period),
- purchased extra credit packs,
- credits that have been used.
4. Refundable
- Erroneous or duplicate charge: if the same payment was taken twice or too much was charged because of a technical error, the full excess amount is refunded.
- Service not provided: if a payment was taken but the service could not be provided at all for a reason attributable to us, the amount paid is refunded.
- Upgrade: no money is refunded; the fee for the remaining time of the old plan is deducted from the price of the new plan.
5. How refunds are made
Send your refund request, with the date and amount of the payment, to the email address at the end of this page. Approved refunds are made to the card used for the payment through iyzico; depending on your bank, it usually takes 2-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Payments charged in Turkish lira are refunded in the Turkish lira amount charged.
6. Unpaid renewal
If the monthly renewal fee cannot be charged to your card, we will let you know and the service may be suspended until payment is made. When you pay on the payment screen in the app, your account is reopened; your data is not deleted in the meantime.
